I write, adapt and compose. Through language, dramaturgy and music, I develop narratives, material and structures that place an idea in time: with direction, tension, rhythm and a voice of its own.

I develop situations and systems for the moments when strategy meets reality. Whether brand experience, interactive platform, lighting dramaturgy or scalable playbook, the form changes. Underneath is the same design task: orchestrating people, design and technology so that a direction can be understood, experienced and sustained under real-world conditions — one-off or scalable, live or digital.

I am interested in situations in which several legitimate demands apply at the same time and a decision still has to be made. To me, leadership means making tensions visible and negotiable, enabling judgement, taking responsibility for decisions, and preserving the capacity to act.
